Administration Unit is responsible to create and maintain a suitable working environment for the staff to perform their duties and functions to achieve the CEA’s objectives.

Functions

General Administration

  • Mail Administration

  • Day to day logistic administration

  • Utility services contract administration

  • Transport Administration

 

Prepare and Implement Annual Procurement Plan

  • Identify procurement needs (goods & services)

  • Prepare and implement current year procurement plan

  • Prepare and implement annual plan for sale of condemned itemsof the Authority

 

Employees grievance handling & welfare

  • Administration of distress loan / insurance / medical schemes

  • Reservation of the auditorium
