Implementation of Quality Management System –ISO 9001:2015 standard within the CEA

Under the guidance of Mr. Hemantha Jayasinghe, Director General, CEA has decided to implement the Quality Management System within the CEA based on ISO 9001:2015 standard aiming to improve the overall performance and the level of customer satisfaction by providing quality service.

In this regards the meeting was held on 19th June 2020 at the CEA Auditorium with the participation of all Deputy Director Generals, Directors, Unit Heads of the Head Office. Mrs. S U Narangoda, Deputy Director General, Sri Lanka Standard Institute (SLSI) was the resource person in this program.
