     The HRD, Admin & Finance Division
     
 

The HRD, Admin & Finance Division of the Central Environmental Authority is headed by the Deputy Director General (HRD, Admin & Finance), who is directly responsible to the Director General of the CEA. The HRD, Admin & Finance Division plays a major role in developing Human Resources by training and education, and provides support services to the three functional Divisions namely - the Environmental Pollution Control Division, Environmental Management & Assessment Division and Environmental Education & Awareness Division of the CEA.

  Administration Unit  
  Administration Unit is responsible for following key functional areas.  
 
  1. General Administration
  2. Prepare and Implement Annual Procurement Plan
  3. Employees grievance handling & welfare
 
  General Administration  
 
  1. Mail administration
  2. Employees attendance and day to day logistic administration
  3. Utility services contract administration
  4. Transport vehicle administration
 
  Prepare and Implement Annual Procurement Plan  
 
  1. Identify divisional procurement needs
  2. Prepare and implement current year procurement plan
  3. Prepare and implement annual plan for sale of condemned items.
 
  Employees grievance handling & welfare  
 
  1. Distress loan / insurance / medical scheme administration
  2. Reservation of Auditorium and Circuit Bangalow
  3. Sales Centre
 
     
  Finance Unit  
  The objective of the Financial Unit is to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the financial services and systems by directing, co-ordinating, monitoring and controlling the Authority's finances.
