To develop and Environmental Resource Information System for the country which can be used as a tool for Environmental management, palnning, monotoring and awareness activities. This spatial Database will include Environmentally related information such as water resources, wetlands, forest, wildlife and archaeological monuments etc. and socio economic data at the Grama Neladari level.
